Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Made some great tacos the other night. Then tonight I go in and the place smells like raw sewage. The girl says (as coached) "It's our compost pile. Everything's fine!" Hey, management, how about just close for the day? You might lose a few burrito sales but it's better than making customers sit there smelling foul waste.

Super impressed by the customer service. The lady in front of us was being super particular and bossy and the staff was so respectful and kind to her. I was really impressed.

Great service! Very fast and well.....this company runs things the right way so usually one chipotle is just like the other. The counter staff had great smiles on their face and said hello to all the patrons. It is very clean and and when I need my steak burrito fix this is where I head to!

Rice under cooked and the cashier when cleaning off the tables just sweeper all the napkins and forks and waste into the floor and never picked it up?!?!?

Sigh. The steak burrito I bought was supposed to be hot. It was cold. It still tasted good but I hope I don't get food poisoning. 3 stars for good taste and nice workers.

Typical interior for Chipotle. Employees are friendly, which is nice. The steak soft tacos I had were made okay, but the steak was not hot, so all of the tacos were lukewarm. Meh. This location is in the strip south of King Soopers and the Thai place, east of Applejacks.

Another in the giant burrito empire. Steve Ells marches onward. Food, service, ambiance: you have seen it all before. And,you will see it in the next Chipotle that you visit. One thing that is different between central Denver and here is that when they ask: "For here or to go?" and you answer "Para aqui", the cashier says: "Huh?" I still think the #1 is the best.

I eat here 3 times a week. Where else will you get a burrito the size of an infant jammed full of natural healthy indredients in less than 3 minutes of waiting. Don't listen to the haters. If you need a decent meal really quick this is place.

First time at a Chipotle. I read in the paper that they were having a twofer special if you showed them a ski pass, so it was as good a time as any to check it out. Taste: so-so - the steak was a bit gristly; the barbacoa was much better; Value: poor - there was precious little meat for the money Service: good Bottom line - I'm glad I didn't pay full price and I won't be back.
